Ben Thapa

We are very please to annouce that we are now representing the tenor Ben Thapa. Most recently Ben performed the role of Kudrajs in Kátya Kabanová for Scottish Opera. Ben has also performed for the Royal Opera (The Beggar's Opera at the Linbury Theatre) and with Garsington Opera where he returns in 2011 to perform the First Armed Man and Tamino (cover). This autumn Ben will cover the role of Siegmund Die Walküre for the Wagner Society.

 

Juan Carlos Valls

We are delighted to announce the recent signing of the Uraguayan tenor Juan Carlos Valls. Juan Carlos has performed largely in South America and Europe where roles have included the Duke of Mantua Rigoletto, Edgardo Lucia di Lammermoor,  Alfredo La Traviata and  Arturo I Puritani. Later this year he will perform the role of the Duke of Mantua in Santiago, Chile and Rodolfo in New Orleans, Louisiana and Mississippi.
 

 

English Touring Opera

Julie Unwin is delighted to be making a long awaited return to English Touring Opera in spring 2011 to perform the role of Giorgetta in Il tabarro.

 



English National Opera & Scottish Opera

Claire Watkins has given her début performances with English National Opera as Leïla in their new production of The Pearl Fishers directed by Penny Woolcock and conducted by Rory Macdonald. Claire returns to Scottish Opera this autumn to perform the role of Micäela in Carmen.

  


Berliner Kammeroper

Andrew Mayor returns to the Berliner Kammeroper this autumn as  Johann & Bohm in the world première of Bremmer Freiheit.




 


Opera Holland Park

Olivia Ray returns to Opera Holland Park in summer 2011 to perform the role of Suzy in La Rondine.

   

 

English Touring Opera

Catrine Kirkman returns to English Touring Opera in spring 2011 the role of  Miss Hedgehog in The Fantastic Mr Fox. 





Grange Park Opera

In 2011 Gareth Morris returns to revive the role of Borsa in Rigoletto.

Fran Garcia also returns to Grange Park Opera in 2011 to revive the role of Marullo in Rigoletto.
